Elder abuse is a common term used to describe the mistreatment to the senior citizens. It is also commonly known as elder mistreatment, senior abuse, abuse of older women and men, abuse in later life and many others. Elder abuse is defined as a single or repetitive act made by a person whom an old person trusts.
